Sheila Weinberg, Institute for Truth in Accounting, founder & CEO, appeared on WTTW's Chicago Tonight on Wednesday, July 9.  Click here to view the 13-minute segment.  Sheila was included as an expert panelist on the Illinois state budget process.  Among other points, Sheila highlighted that Gov. Blagojevich is attempting to move special purpose funds to the general fund to be used as "revenue" in the state budget calculations.  "This is like moving money from your savings account to your checking account and believing you have made money," Sheila said.
